White Wardrobe
Wardrobes are one of my favourite spaces in the home, as a suggestion into our lifestyle and characteristics can be formed here.
The use of colour, pattern and texture, can assist in the process of interpreting a persons social life or profession.
For example, a variation of formal to casual wear, may imply a structured but laid back persona, supported by the burst of colour here to display a playful personality, balanced with a neutral approach.
A white wardrobe works well as a blank canvas, providing the changing room like feel within your space.
Colour coordinating the items in your wardrobe into sections, e.g. blazers, jackets or coats, makes it easier to detect what is current and missing in your collection.
This will make your shopping trips much faster and structured!
Organisation is key as this makes your space accessible and outfit decision making easy.
Placing outerwear items on hangers, and folding everyday pieces is a simple way to ensure all your outfits look well thought through (even if it just takes 5 minutes)!
